Virtual Office Visit

• Initial Visit $ 200
• Follow-up Visit $85 (utilized for medication refills, non-complex sick visits for established patients)
• Urgent Sick Visit $125 (plus any costs associated with lab testing, and medication for non-established patients)
• Form Completion $35 
• Lab Testing is available through Quest Diagnostic additional, fees may apply 
• Insurance accepted after verification

Servicing ages 6-60

We offer two flexible care options to meet your unique needs: the Rx-Membership Plan or a traditional Non-Member “Pay as You Go” option. Both are designed to ensure that you receive the best care based on your preferences and treatment goals.

Our Rx- Membership Plan is just $500 for initial comprehensive testing then $200 per month and includes two follow-up appointments. This option is perfect for patients who seek continuous support and a strong doctor-patient relationship to optimize their treatment plan, especially for medication management. Medication costs are not included and our the client’s responsibility.
